This year — 2017 —marks the 20th anniversary of the founding of Hussalonia. Some have noted that the Hussalonia discography widely available begins at 2004. What about those fabled first six years? Those who there in the beginning know that there were three Hussalonia CDs available through CDBaby (Ernest Evans Hussalonia, Charles Hardin Hussalonia, and The Hussalonia Robot Singers), but those titles are now long out of print. However, few know that The Hussalonia Founder was writing and recording long before 1997. Enter Juvenilia. This project offers a glimpse of Hussalonia’s formative years and features music that appeared on Charles Hardin Hussalonia, plus dozens of other previously unreleased tracks. It is not comprehensive. In fact, there are hours upon hours of this early material that will remain unreleased. It is presented here as an audio collage, as much of this material is not worth listening to in full. In fact, it may not be worth listening to at all. Move along. There is nothing to see here.
